Conceived women on corporate boards study, put together team, acquired funding and led the team in interviewing and conducting focus groups with 50 women directors, 12 CEOs, and seven corporate secretaries from Fortune 1000 companies. Co-authored report published by Wellesley Centers for Women and articles in Harvard Business Review and major corporate governance journals; also cited in New York Times and other newspapers.
